PC Users:

Windows7.0, Vista, or  XP, the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.51 , Internet Explorer 7, and optional Microsoft Office 2007

Step 1:  On the windows platform the simplest way to run any part of the system (including RTFTS Client) is via the FTS System Manager:  Click here to install the FTS System Manager

Step 2:  Launch the FTS System Manager from either the icon or the Start menu and select the FTS Real Time Client from the dropdown:

The above launches the FTS Real Time Client at which time you will be prompted for your account information (Trading Name, Passwords, and the FTS Case(s) that you are working with.

Apple (and other) Users:

A browser based version of the FTS Real Time Client; it requires Microsoft Silverlight 3 and runs on these systems.  That is, this version can be used by current Apple users as well as PC users running windows or other operating systems.

Step 1:  Launching the RTFTS Client directly

 Click to run the Silverlight version of the RT Client you will be asked to install the Silverlight plug in if you don’t have it.

In the above screen you are immediately prompted for your Trading Name, Password and Trading Case that you are working with.
